Stour Procurement was founded in 2016 by Jim Goodhead to offer “Consultancy services for all your procurement and supply chain needs”. Whether its a SME or FT100 listed.

Jim has worked across many sectors during his 25 years in procurement and supply chain management. Having graduated as a Professional Chartered Engineer, Jim then made a career move into Procurement and Supply Chain Management. During this time Jim has gained experience in many areas and projects . Whether its running a large multi-site team, cost reduction programs, strategic procurement transformation, implementing ERP systems, Risk management , managing stakeholders or SRM, Jim can help your organization achieves its needs.

Jim is a Fellow of the Institute of Procurement and Supply, with a MSc in Engineering and Business Management. And he’s well versed in 6 sigma and lean principles. He has written articles in the procurement press about global supply chains and relationship management. He contributes monthly to the highly respected Purchasing Managers Index.
